Lelouch a brother of Rolo(with no blood relationship)have all along been using his brother Rolo to achieve his goal as Rolo have a very special power "Time Stop".
But Rolo have a weakness with his power. When he use "time stop" it gave his heart certain amount of pressure , so if he use his power too much he will eventually die with a heart failure .
Behind even though Rolo found out that his big brother have been using him all along but he still believe in him , he believe that he will give him a family...
